The Clift is designed to be a investor's choice for low risk and high rental yield.

It also offers low maintenance fees to the investors, ie S$ 180 and S$ 280 estimated fees.
Parking lots are available at S$ 130 a month.

The location of the Clift right smack in the CBD allows the units to be easily rentable and at reasonable rent which is the range of S$ 3,800 for 1 bedders and S$ 5,200 for 2 bedders.

Drawback of this project is that the apartment size are compact and do not suit tenants looking for a spacious living space.

The smaller site area of the Clift also means that the 25m swimming pool is smaller than most competitive projects and there is no tennis courts.

However, its smaller quantum ( between S$ 1 mil to S$ 2 mil ) and high rental yield still makes it a very hot project for investment, and considering the possibilites in the CBD and future land prices in the vicinity, the Clift is certainly worth looking at.
